T2 Capital Management needed a larger office space to serve as their headquarters for their continuously growing team. Their new Wheaton location features a 5,700 SF second-floor office build-out within 101 W Front Street, providing a modern headquarters designed to support collaboration and future growth. The project was completed alongside Doyle’s adaptive reuse of the 110-year-old building, allowing the tenant build-out to progress in tandem with the larger redevelopment effort.
The build-out presented unique coordination challenges as Doyle advanced the second-floor headquarters while other contractors completed first-floor tenant spaces in the same building. Working within an active, shared site required careful scheduling and communication to ensure steady progress throughout construction. Despite these complexities, Doyle completed T2’s headquarters on time and within budget, delivering a modern office environment that reflects the firm’s growth and supports its future.
