Doyle is currently completing Phase 1 of a two-phase renovation of Ecolab’s 47,500 SF rooftop plaza, designed to improve the long-term performance and functionality of the existing space. The project involves extensive demolition and upgrades to critical roofing and waterproofing systems while revitalizing the surrounding plaza environment.

The overall project includes replacement of the existing roofing and waterproofing systems, installation of new insulation and an electronic leak detection system, reconstruction of planter areas, and new pedestal-mounted concrete pavers throughout the plaza. Once both phases are complete, the renovated space will provide Ecolab with a durable, updated plaza supported by improved waterproofing and infrastructure.
