Advantage Auto Group sought to expand its presence in the region with a new, modern dealership in Fox Lake. Doyle constructed the 35,300 SF ground-up precast facility, featuring a spacious showroom, customer lounge, service bays, and administrative offices designed to support day-to-day operations while providing an enhanced experience for customers and staff.

Delays in site permitting and response times created scheduling challenges early in construction, requiring the team to adapt the original sequence of work to maintain the project timeline. Through proactive planning and careful coordination, construction progressed out of sequence where necessary while maintaining quality and keeping other areas of work moving forward. Despite these early challenges, the new dealership was successfully completed and delivered on schedule.
