PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project consisted of a 15,000 s.f. addition and complete remodel of the Community Bank Wheaton / Glen Ellyn main branch located in Glen Ellyn.
The Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn location was Community Bank’s first. Building code changes required the addition to be built as a “commercial” structure making the tie-in to the existing “residential” type building a challenge. Zero lot line construction, full depth basement and under pinning the existing structure added to the complexity.
