PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Glen Ellyn branch of Hinsbrook Bank & Trust is a three story, mixed-use building. There are two floors of tenant space above the bank and common areas in the basement.
This project involved a difficult permit process for the historic Hesterman Bowl, a cornerstone element located at the gateway to Glen Ellyn. The owner’s budget had to be met in order for the project to move forward. E. P. Doyle worked with the project team to complete the project $5 per square foot under budget.
