PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The goal of this project was to build a state-of-the-art office building that could accpommodate a wide variety of tenants and floor plans. It incorporates a web based building automation system that monitors and controls HVAC, elevator, fire alarm, lighting and a card access system. E. P. Doyle was also able to upgrade materials such as masonry, glazing and roofing while maintaining a competitive price point.
The tenants in this building range from law offices to a high-end dentist suite.
